摘  要:随着电机功能的不断增加,针对目前市场上仍然采用不带热保护的纹波电机的车辆,为满足客户将此种电机改为带热保护的集成电机的需求,以增强电机的安全性,整车线束需要进行大量线束回路的改制。基于此需求,开发一款短路器,通过将原车继电器更换为短路器的简单操作,实现原车继电器中两个Pin脚的直连,进而为新的集成电机提供电源和接地,从而避免现场手工改制粗导线的困难及由此带来的潜在质量风险。本文针对此款短路器方案进行介绍。With the continuous increase of motor functions,in response to the current market still use unprotected ripple motor vehicles,there is a customer need to convert to an integrated motor with thermal protection to enhance the safety of the motor,for this vehicle harness will need to be a large number of harness circuit modifi cation.Based on this demand,a short circuit breaker was developed to realize the direct connection of the two pins in the original car relay by replacing the original vehicle relay with a short circuit,thereby providing power and ground for the new integrated motor,thereby avoiding the diffi culty of manually modifying thick wires on site and the potential quality risks caused by this.This article describes this short-circuit scheme.
