摘  要:针对火力发电机组智能化运行,本文提出1套采用自主可控技术研发的火电机组智能控制系统,并在大唐乌沙山电厂660MW超临界机组中进行了示范应用。智能控制系统实时数据库采集机组DCS控制系统数据,并进行数据深度融合,高度共享,智能控制系统搭载高级智能算法引擎,采用模块化组态方式,辅助电力企业专业人员快速实现算法寻优,参数预测等实际需求。基于智能控制系统开发的各类智能应用可以更好地提高机组整体运行水平,实现机组安全稳定、经济环保运行目标,助力发电企业迈向智能化发展轨道。In order to resolve the intelligent running of the fossil-fuel power station,the research team has developed a intelligent control system which used independent controllable technology,and team has carried out a demonstration application in the 660MW supercritical unit of Datang Wushashan Power Plant.The real-time data of the intelligent control system is deeply integrated and highly shared with the data of the DCS(Distributed Control System).The system is equipped with an advanced intelligent algorithm engine and it utilizes a modular configuration method.Enterprise professionals can quickly realize the actual needs such as algorithm optimization and parameter prediction.The application of the intelligent control system can better improve the overall operation of the unit,and achieve the target of safety,reliability,economy and environmental protection,finally help power generation enterprises march toward the track of intelligent development.
