石化厂化污集水池多级泵液位梯度控制方案的应用

摘　　要：石化厂工艺流程的自动控制涉及化工生产过程的方方面面,其目的是提高关键工艺参数的操作精度,保证工艺流程安全,降低操作人员的劳动强度,减少人为因素对生产的影响。好的控制方案同时能降低工艺设备的损耗,提高设备的使用寿命。本文通过介绍石化厂化污集水池多级泵液位梯度控制方案在现场成功应用的案例,说明好的控制方案对化工生产的重要性。The automatic control of petrochemical plant process flow involves all aspects of chemical production process,and its purpose is to improve the operating accuracy of key process parameters,ensure the safety of process flow,reduce the labor intensity of operators,and reduce the impact of human factors on production.Good control scheme can also reduce the loss of process equipment and improve the service life of equipment.This paper introduces the successful application of the liquid level gradient control scheme of multistage pump in the chemical sewage collecting tank of petrochemical plant,to illustrate the importance of a good control scheme for chemical production.
