摘 要:交混试验中通过特制电导电极系统监测盐溶液浓度的环节存在扰流、故障率高、测量精度低、温漂等问题,严重影响试验结果。本文针对该问题提出了基于光纤光栅的浓度温度传感器设计思路,通过聚酰亚胺敏感材料的膨胀特性实现光纤光栅测量浓度,应用对比参考法在解决浓度温漂的同时测量温度,梳理了传感器测量浓度温度的原理。此外,还对传感器的设计路线进行了阐述,包括被测量的获取、信号提取、解耦滤波、搭建上位机等,最后对传感器的应用前景进行了展望。理论上,该传感器具有抗电磁干扰、测量单元体积小、便于组网、实现多参数测量等优点,可解决当前交混试验中浓度测量问题。There are some problems such as turbulence,high failure rate,low measurement accuracy and temperature drift in the process of salt solution concentration monitoring by special conductive electrode system in the mixing test,which seriously affect the test results.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward the design idea of concentration temperature sensor based on fiber bragg grating.The fiber Bragg grating can measure the concentration through the expansion characteristics of polyimide sensitive material.The comparison reference method is used to measure the temperature while solving the concentration temperature drift.In addition,the design route of the sensor is also described,including the acquisition of measured,signal extraction prospected.In theory,the sensor has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,small measurement unit size,easy networking,multi-parameter measurement and so on,which can solve the concentration measurement problem in the current mixing test.
