摘 要:肿瘤学科研究生是未来肿瘤学科复合型人才的“蓄水池”,培养肿瘤学学术型研究生科研能力是未来肿瘤学科创新发展的关键环节。为解决目前肿瘤学学术型硕士研究生培养中的短板问题,笔者认为应多措施并举,促进研究生逐步形成临床需求导向的科研思路,提高研究生的科研创新能力。本文就提升导师团队教学能力、交叉学科学习、科研选题、培养研究生科研创新思维等方面进行思考和探讨,为推动研究生培养和教育改革提供参考。Postgraduate students specializing in oncology play a crucial role in shaping the future of this field.It is imperative to instill scientific research abilities in academic graduate students to ensure innovative development of oncology disciplines.The current dearth in cultivating master's students of academic type needs to be addressed through multifaceted measures to promote clinical demand oriented scientific research ideas and enhance postgraduate students' research innovation capacity.This paper suggests enhancing the mentor team's teaching ability,encouraging interdisciplinary learning,selecting suitable research projects,and fostering scientific research innovation thinking among postgraduate students.These measures offer valuable insights for postgraduate education and educational reform in oncology.
