摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)已由全面推广进入精细化科学管理阶段,如依靠每年次数有限的国家级评估检查,覆盖面十分有限。超声医学住培基地面临的学员专业背景各不相同,对住培要求存在着协调管理方面等问题,通过多年探索与实践,自行组建了科内督导检查小组并承担院级督导检查工作,形成了院科两级督导检查规范及多级反馈机制,并运用SWOT分析法,对我院超声住培专业基地管理工作从优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)、威胁(T)四个方面进行探讨分析,以期更好地推动超声住培基地以督促建、以导促评、以检促纠、以查促新,从而有助于进一步提高教学质量和提升住培管理效率。Standardized training for resident doctors(hereinafter referred to as residential training)has been fully promoted into the stage of fine and scientific management.For example,by relying on the national evaluation and inspection with a limited number of times per year,the coverage is very limited.The ultrasound medical residential training bases have different professional backgrounds,There are some problems in the coordination and management of the requirements of residential training,Through many years of exploration and practice,To set up the supervision and inspection team within the department and undertake the hospital-level supervision and inspection work,Formed the two-level supervision and inspection norms and multi-level feedback mechanism,Using the SWOT analysis method,to discuss and analyze the management of the ultrasound residential training professional base in our hospital from four aspects:Strengths(S),Weaknesses(W),Opportunities(O),and Threats(T).In order to better promote the ultrasonic residential training base to urge the construction,to guide evaluation,to promote correction,to promote new,Thus,it is helpful to further improve the teaching quality and improve the efficiency of residential training management.
