摘 要:抗生素的过度使用导致了“超级细菌”的出现,铜绿假单胞菌是引起医疗相关感染的机会致病菌之一。铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株对常用抗菌药物的耐药性已成为严重的公共卫生问题。铜绿假单胞菌的致病性和耐药性被一种称为“群体感应”的复杂机制调节,其调节毒力因子的产生、生物膜形成、细菌对抗生素的耐药性、细菌运动等等,并可减弱宿主的免疫应答。群体感应抑制剂(quorum sensing inhibitors,QSIs)可以在不影响细菌生长的情况下降低细菌毒性,并可抑制和消除生物膜,增加抗生素对细菌的敏感性。这些特性使QSIs成为目前研发抗感染和辅助抗感染药物的热点,本文就铜绿假单胞菌的群体感应系统和铜绿假单胞菌QSIs的研究进展进行了综述。The overuse of antibiotics has led to the emergence of"superbacteria".Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the opportunistic pathogens that causes medical-related infections.The resistance of clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to commonly used antibiotics has become a serious public health problem.The pathogenicity and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa are regulated by a complex mechanism called“quorum sensing”.Quorum sensing regulates the production of virulence factors,biofilm formation,bacterial resistance to antibiotics,bacterial movement and so on,and can weaken the immune response of the host.Quorum sensing inhibitors(QSIs)can reduce bacterial toxicity without affecting bacterial growth,as well as inhibiting and eliminating biofilm,thus increasing the sensitivity of antibiotics to bacteria.These characteristics make QSIs a key focus in research into the development of anti-infective and adjuvant anti-infective drugs.This paper reviews the quorum sensing system of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and summarises progress in research into Pseudomonas aeruginosa QSIs.
