银川城市休闲化发展水平测度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着居民生活质量的提高,人们对休闲需求也随之增加,城市休闲化已成为城市发展的重要方向之一。以银川市2000—2020年数据为例,以城市休闲发展水平为切入点,采用熵值权重法,对城市休闲发展水平从五个维度进行了分析。结果显示:第一,2000—2009年银川城市休闲化水平缓慢上升,城市休闲程度与发达国家、我国东部的地区基本一致,但受到了国家政策等外部因素的影响,具有一定的自身特征。第二,2010—2018年银川城市休闲化水平快速上升,经济发展进入了快速发展的轨道,居民的消费和收入都有了较大幅度的增长。第三,2019—2020年银川城市休闲化水平缓慢下降,由于受到连续三年疫情的影响,导致银川城市休闲化发展出现了缓慢下降的趋势。最后,运用引入调查问卷法,分析了城市休闲化的影响因素,为促进城市休闲化可持续发展提出相应的对策建议,以期为银川城市休闲化发展提供理论依据和实践参考。With the improvement of residentsquality of life,people's demand for leisure has also increased,and urban leisure has become one of the important directions of urban development.By constructing an indicator system for measuring the level of urban leisure,this paper analyzed the urban leisure development level of Yinchuan City from 2000 to 2020 from five dimensions,including economic development and industrial capacity,urban transportation,leisure service and reception,urban leisure environment,leisure life and consumption.The research results showed that:firstly,the level of urban leisure in Yinchuan City rose slowly from 2000 to 2009,and the degree of urban leisure was basically the same as that in developed countries and eastern China,but it was affected by external factors such as national policies,with certain characteristics.Secondly,the level of urban leisure in Yinchuan City risen rapidly from 2010 to 2018,and the economic development entered the track of rapid development,and the consumption and income of residents increased significantly.Thirdly,the level of urban leisure in Yinchuan declined slowly from 2019 to 2020.Affected by the epidemic situation for three consecutive years,the development of urban leisure in Yinchuan showed a slow decline trend.Finally,using the introduction survey questionnaire method,it analyzed the influencing factors of urban leisure,and it also proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of urban leisure,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of urban leisure in Yinchuan.
