摘  要:水库放水洞闸门开度出流精度直接影响到水库的调度和管理,为保证水库向下游供水的准确性,确保供水安全,以陡河水库放水洞为例,依据有关规范进行闸门开度出流影响精度因素分析,全面评估了影响放水洞流量相关因素变化的原因;并按规范要求检验堰闸率定成果是否发生变化,解决水文站校核流量与控制流量不一致的现象,进而确保智能闸门控制仪的准确性。分析成果表明,近年的率定成果与原成果基本一致,可采用智能闸门控制仪进行操作,但必须定期检测智能闸门控制仪,提高其使用精度。该分析方法给水库供水和下游用水带来了极大的方便,同时还为水库闸门率定提供了技术参考。In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of water supply to the downstream of the reservoir,the outflow precision of the sluice gate opening of the water conveyance tunnel directly affects the operation and management of the reservoir.Taking Douhe Reservoir water conveyance tunnel as an example,the author analyzes the factors affecting the discharge precision of sluice gate opening according to“Code”,and comprehensively evaluates the causes of the variation of the factors affecting the discharge of water conveyance tunnel.According to the requirements of“Code”,check whether the result of Weir rating has changed,solve the problem of inconsistency between checking and controlling flow in hydrological station,and ensure the accuracy of intelligent gate controller.The analysis results show that the calibration results in recent years are basically consistent with the original results,and the intelligent gate controller can be used to operate,but the intelligent gate controller must be tested regularly to improve the use accuracy.The analysis method in this paper brings great convenience to the reservoir water supply and downstream water use,and also provides a technical reference for the reservoir gate rating.
