摘  要:针对大型发电机定子冲片涂层的失效情况开展了热氧老化研究。结果表明,水溶性型和溶剂型硅钢片漆老化过程中元素种类和含量的变化存在差异,但自由基含量均随时间变化先增加后降低,可以确定二者的老化降解反应均以氧气作用下的自由基反应机理为主。样品老化后表面产生了大量微裂纹,并有无机填料暴露凸起,表面粗糙程度随老化时间和温度的提升有明显增加。本研究初步确定了涂层材料的老化机理,评估了两种不同类型硅钢片漆的耐热氧老化性能,为定子冲片绝缘涂层材料的体系设计提供了研究思路。The thermal oxygen aging study on the failure of laminate coating of large generator stator was carried out.The results show that there are differences in the variety and content of elements in the aging process of water-based and solvent-based silicon steel sheet paints,and the content of free radicals increases first and then decreases with the aging process.It can be determined that the aging degradation reaction is mainly based on the free radical reaction mechanism under the influence of oxygen.After aging,a large number of microcracks were produced on the surface of the sample,and there were exposed bulges of inorganic fillers.The roughness of the surface increased obviously with aging time and temperature.In this study,the aging mechanism of coating materials was preliminarily determined,and the heat resistant oxygen aging properties of two different types of silicon steel sheet paints were evaluated,which provided a research idea for the design of stator laminate insulating coating materials system.
