摘 要:转轮是水轮机的核心部件,其动力特性对整个水力发电机组的振动及噪声设计具有重要影响,特别是变转速抽水蓄能机组,由于其运行范围宽,对转轮的动力特性要求更加严苛。本文基于附加质量法,并考虑转轮表面水压和离心力应力刚化影响,建立了一种转轮湿模态分析方法。以某电站水轮机转轮为分析对象,研究结果表明:(1)相比干模态,湿模态具有相同的振型,但固有频率有所衰减,前4节径模态衰减系数约为0.77;(2)转轮工作应力主要由离心力引起,表面水压载荷贡献较小,应力刚化不会明显改变转轮的湿模态振型,但会使固有频率略微提高。The runner is the core component of the hydraulic turbine,and its dynamic characteristics have an important influence on the vibration and noise design of the whole hydroelectric generating unit,especially the variable speed pumped storage unit,because of its wide operating range,the dynamic characteristics of the runner are more stringent.Based on the additional mass method and considering the influence of surface water pressure and centrifugal stress on the stress rigidity of runner,a wet mode calculation method is established in this paper.Taking the turbine runner of a power station as the analysis object,the research results show that:(1)Compared with the dry mode,the wet mode has the same mode shape,but the natural frequency is attenuated,and the attenuation coefficient of the first four diameters is about 0.77.(2)The working stress of the runner is mainly caused by centrifugal force,The contribution of surface water pressure load is small,and the wet mode shape of the runner is not changed obviously by stress rigidity,but will slightly increase the natural frequency.
