摘　　要：黑龙江省与哈巴罗夫斯克边疆区有着良好的经贸与人文合作基础。通过对哈巴罗夫斯克边疆区产业发展态势的分析,并基于双方合作面临的现实问题,提出加快中俄双语在线平台建设、倡导中俄黑瞎子岛自由贸易区(FTA)建设、加快推进联合水运走廊建设和促进教育文化合作新基地建设等新时期经贸及人文合作的新路径。Heilongjiang Province and the Khabarovsk border region have a good foundation for economic,trade and cultural cooperation.On the basis of the analysis of the industrial development trend in the Khabarovsk border region and the practical problems faced by both sides,a new path for the cooperation in the new era is proposed.It includes accelerating the construction of a bilingual online platform between China and Russia,advocating the construction of the China Russia Heixiazi Island Free Trade Area(FTA),accelerating the building of a joint waterway corridor,and promoting the construction of new bases for educational and cultural cooperation.
