摘　　要：2023年的中央一号文件明确举全党全社会之力全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化,发展农业现代化必须以农业产业化为先行。强国必先强农,黑龙江省是农业大省,黑龙江省农业产业化快速发展是促进农业现代化发展的根本出路,但农业产业化发展一大阻碍就是融资难,因此要大力发挥各级政府支农扶持作用,扩宽融资渠道,健全农村金融体系,完善农业保险制度及信用体系,突破黑龙江省农业产业化融资难题,为乡村振兴打下良好的金融基础。The No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the CPC in 2023 put forward clearly to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way with the strength of the whole party and society.The first step towards speeding up agricultural and rural modernization must be the agricultural industrialization in the development of agricultural modernization.A strong country must first strengthen the agriculture.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province,and the rapid development of agricultural industrialization in the province is the fundamental way to promote the development of agricultural modernization.However,a major obstacle to the development of agricultural industrialization is the difficulty of financing.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously play the role of government support for agriculture at all levels,expand financing channels,and improve the rural financial system and the agricultural insurance and credit system,so as to overcome the financing difficulty for agricultural industrialization in the province and lay a solid financial foundation for rural revitalization.
