摘　　要：在中小型煤矿智能化建设中,机电设备如何升级改造,如何能够与新建设的智能化系统相融合、相匹配,是保证中小型煤矿智能化建设能否持续、有效推进的关键。根据《煤矿安全规程》《河南省煤矿智能化建设标准》《河南省煤矿智能化建设验收办法》,从煤矿实际出发,在设计过程中,通过各方面的考虑,选取合理改造方案,对机电设备升级改造,满足煤矿智能化建设的可靠性、安全性、经济性及技术合理性的需要,实现了中小型煤矿智能化建设的持续、有效推进。In the intelligent construction of small and medium-sized coal mines,how to upgrade and transform the mechanical and electrical equipments,and how to integrate and match with the newly constructed intelligent system are the key to ensuring the sustainable and effective promotion of the intelligent construction of small and medium-sized coal mines.According to the"Coal Mine Safety Regulations","Henan Province Coal Mine Intelligent Construction Standards",and"Henan Province Coal Mine Intelligent Construction Acceptance Measures",we adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice,starting from the actual situation of coal mines,and in the design process,through various considerations,we choose reasonable transformation plans to upgrade and transform mechanical and electrical equipment to meet the reliability,safety,economy,and technical rationality needs of coal mine intelligent construction.The continuous and effective promotion of intelligent construction in small and medium-sized coal mines has been achieved.
