摘 要:为提升再造烟叶产品的适用性,分析了不同工艺条件下实验室抄造再造烟叶基片的松厚度和柔软度,得出了烟草浆、外加纤维、碳酸钙以及瓜尔胶添加对基片柔软度的影响规律。结果表明:(1)相比瓜尔胶添加比例,外加纤维品种、打浆度和添加比例,烟末浆添加比例、碳酸钙添加比例以及烟草浆打浆度的变化对基片柔软度影响较大,随着烟草浆中烟末浆添加比例由10%提升到90%,基片柔软度值下降61.34%;随着碳酸钙添加比例由0增加到20%,基片柔软度值下降40.09%;随着烟草浆打浆度由23°SR提升到71°SR,基片柔软度值增加25.49%。(2)实验所选的不同工艺条件对基片松厚度和柔软度的影响趋势相反,同时各工艺条件调整后基片柔软度的变化幅度总体较基片松厚度的变化幅度更大。In order to promote the applicability of reconstituted tobacco,the bulk thickness and softness of reconstituted tobacco base sheet materials produced in laboratory under different conditions were analyzed.The effects of tobacco pulp and added fibers,calcium carbonate,and guar gum on the softness of reconstituted tobacco base sheets were investigated.The results showed that:1)The varieties,beating degrees and addition rates of added fibers,the addition rates of tobacco powder pulp and calcium carbonate,and the beating degree of tobacco pulp affected the softness of the sheet material more greatly than the level of guar gum.When the addition rate of tobacco powder pulp to tobacco pulp increased from 10%to 90%,the softness value of the base sheet material decreased by 61.34%.When the addition rate of calcium carbonate increased from 0 to 20%,the softness value of the base sheet material decreased by 40.09%.As the beating degree of the tobacco pulp increased from 23°SR to 71°SR,the softness value of the base sheet increased by 25.49%.2)The effects of the different conditions selected in the experiment on the bulk thickness and softness of the base sheet material were opposite,and the variation extent of the softness of the base sheet material after adjusting each parameter was larger than that of the bulk thickness of the base sheet material.
