摘 要:为解决潜在的稳定协同配送联盟快速识别的问题,提出基于分析配送属性数据识别联盟机会和潜在伙伴的方法。分析了协同配送联盟可能的驱动方式,并建立了经济配送占比模型、共同社会关系强度模型、出车时段互补强度模型和车辆资源互补模型衡量配送中心的协同效应;以此为优化目标,建立了配送属性数据驱动的协同配送潜在联盟识别优化模型,提出了基于时空距离的最大最小聚类法来划分配送域,结合数据预处理和遗传算法实现模型求解,实现通过配送业务数据来快速优化识别潜在的稳定协同配送联盟。实例表明,所提方法避免了主观评价和排序,可直接根据配送属性数据有效识别出多个辐射范围重叠、配送社会网络重叠、资源互补的协同配送联盟。为协同配送联盟的稳健运行和更长的生命周期奠定了坚实的基础。To solve the problem of rapid identification of potential stable cooperative distribution alliances,a method of identifying alliance opportunities and potential partners based on analysis of distribution attribute data was proposed,and the possible driving method of the collaborative distribution alliance was analyzed.The economic distribution proportion model,the common social relationship strength model,the complementary strength model of the departure time and the complementary vehicle resource model were established to measure the synergy effect of the distribution center.Based on this as the optimization goal,the distribution attribute data-driven collaborative distribution potential alliance identification optimization model was built,and the maximum and minimum clustering method based on space-time distance was proposed to divide the distribution domain.The model was solved by combining with data preprocessing and genetic algorithm,and the rapid optimization and identification were realized through the distribution business data potential stable cooperative distribution alliance.The example showed that the proposed method avoided subjective evaluation and sorting,and could effectively identify multiple cooperative distribution alliances directly according to the distribution attribute data.It had laid a solid foundation for the stable operation and longer life cycle of the collaborative distribution alliance.
