摘 要:针对专利规避设计功能分析路径单一,规避设计求解过程受限问题,提出一种基于多层功能认知与情景分析的专利规避设计方法。根据多层功能形式以及功能涵盖的系统范围不同,与产品情景设计思想相结合进行专利规避设计。首先通过提取目标专利情境信息元素,以多层功能系统为关键情景行为阶段,构建技术系统功能情景行为过程;其次以产品技术系统生命周期为依据,分析技术系统情景变换类型与变换元素,确定新情景技术系统需求功能;最后以需求功能为目标,以多层功能概念为基准,应用类比设计思维进行功能求解,完成专利规避设计过程;以平衡车产品专利为例验证方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem that the functional analysis path of patent circumvention design is single and the solving process of circumvention design is limited,a patent circumvention design method based on multi-layer functional cognition and scenario analysis was proposed.According to the different multi-level function forms and the system scope covered by the functions,the patent avoidance design was carried out in combination with the product scenario design idea.By extracting the context information elements of the target patent,the technology system function scenario behavior process was constructed with the multi-layer functional system as the key scenario behavior stage.Based on the product technology system life cycle,the technology system scenario transformation types and elements were analyzed,and the new scenario technology system demand function was determined.Taking the demand function as the goal,the multi-layer function concept as the benchmark,the analogical design thinking was applied to solve the function and complete the process of patent circumvention design.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified by taking the product patent of balance car as an example.
