摘 要:热采技术已在渤海油田稠油油藏逐步应用。但是,稠油热采工艺引起的高温对筛管过滤精度的影响尚不明确。多元热流体对管材的冲蚀腐蚀严重,缩短了筛管的使用寿命,这对筛管性能提出了更高要求。通过筛管的微观结构分析及其挡砂机理研究,优化了筛管的过滤层,设计了新型高温热采复合筛管。通过理论计算分析和室内试验,得到在多元热流体条件下腐蚀冲蚀对金属网布力学性能的影响规律,及绕丝过滤体对过滤精度的影响程度。结果表明,高温对复合筛管过滤精度的影响较小,试验测得的高温复合筛管各项力学性能均合格。在NB35-2、LD21-2油田10余口热采井的实际应用中,复合筛管的耐腐蚀冲蚀性能、防砂效果良好,满足高温热采防砂要求。Thermal recovery technology has been gradually applied in heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield.However,the effect of high temperature caused by the heavy oil thermal recovery process on the filtration accuracy of the screen is not clear.The erosion and corrosion of the pipe by the multiple thermal fluids are serious,which shortens the service life of the screen.Through microstructure analysis and sand retaining mechanism,the filter layer of the screen was optimized,and a new type of high-temperature thermal recovery composite screen was designed.Through theoretical calculation analysis and indoor tests,the influence law of corrosion and erosion on the mechanical properties of metal mesh under the condition of multiple thermal fluids and the influence degree of filament-wound filter body on the filtration accuracy were obtained.The results show that the high temperature has little effect on the filtration accuracy of the composite screen,and the mechanical properties of the high-temperature composite screen measured by the experiment were qualified.In the practical application of more than 10 thermal recovery wells in NB35-2 and LD21-2 oilfields,the composite screen can resist corrosion and erosion,and has a good sand control effect,meeting the requirements of high-temperature thermal recovery.
