摘 要:涡致振动压电能量收集系统对在自然界中产生的压电信号进行信号分析相较于在固定实验室中进行实验分析更具备科学意义,因此笔者设计了一种适用于自然河流环境下的压电信号采集、检测装置,并通过实验验证了该装置对压电信号采集的有效性.该系统利用“L”型支架将阻流体、压电悬臂梁等器件固定于漂流船底部,将航速调整模块、压电信号采集装置和蓝牙通信模块放置于漂流船内.在实际实验中,利用岸上的上位机通过蓝牙通信模块向航速调整模块下达指令,控制漂流船的航行速度模拟出不同的水流速度,使船内压电信号采集装置采集到不同水流速下压电悬臂梁产生的能量信号,并将其转换后通过蓝牙模块发送到岸上的接收处理系统进行存储分析.实验研究表明:在实验水域、水速范围内,该装置能够实现对自然河流中压电信号的采集;电压信号随着水流速的提高而增大.Vortex induced vibration of piezoelectric energy collection system on the nature of piezoelectric signal is compared with the fixed signal analysis in the laboratory experiment analysis more scientific significance.Therefore,the author designed a piezoelectric signal collection and detection device suitable for natural river environments,and verified the effectiveness of this device in piezoelectric signal collection through experiments.This system uses the“L”type bracket to fix the blocking fluid,piezoelectric cantilever beam and other devices at the bottom of the drifting ship,and places the speed adjustment module,piezoelectric signal acquisition device and Bluetooth communication module in the drifting ship.In the actual experiments,using the PC via Bluetooth communication module of shore to speed adjustment module controls the drifting boat sailing instructions in simulate different flow velocity,velocity makes the boat piezoelectric signal sampling device produced by the piezoelectric cantilever beam under different water velocity signal energy,and transform it sent via Bluetooth module to the shore after receiving treatment system for storing analysis.The results show that the device can collect the medium voltage electric signal of natural river in experimental water area and water velocity range,and the voltage signal increases with the increase of water velocity.
