摘　　要：科学评价科研人员学术影响力是展现其专业性与创新性的重要途径。文章在构建科研人员学术影响力评价指数PRCI-G的基础上,结合科研人员研究主题构建学术影响力评价矩阵,并从五大维度构建科研人员学术影响力画像。以图书情报学领域为例对所提方法进行实证研究,该方法能够全景化展示科研人员的学术面貌,为中文人文社会科学领域的其他学科应用提供借鉴,同时为研究者追踪科研人员动态与快速把握学术进展提供决策参考。The academic influence evaluation of scientific researchers is an important way to show their professionalism and innovation.On the basis of constructing the PRCI-G index for evaluating the academic influence of researchers,the article constructs a matrix for evaluating the academic influence of researchers by combining their research themes,and builds a portrait of the academic influence of researchers from five major dimensions.The empirical study of the proposed method in the field of library andinformation science proves that the method can present the academic profile of researchers in a panoramic way,which provides a reference for other disciplines in the field of Chinese humanities and social sciences to apply,and also provides a reference for researchers to track the dynamics of scientific researchers and quickly grasp the academic progress.
