摘  要:氯化氢合成炉灯头结垢的主要原因是原料氢气中含有水,水携带的碱雾与氯化氢反应生成的盐在灯头积聚成盐垢。尝试了几种减少合成炉灯头结垢的办法,运行结果显示:将循环水作为氢气洗涤水可大大降低氢气中碱含量,从而减少合成炉灯头结垢。The main reason for the scaling in hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace burner is that the raw hydrogen contains water which entrains caustic soda mist.Salt is generated by the reaction between the caustic soda mist and hydrogen chloride and accumulates in the burner to form salt scale.Several methods are tried to reduce the scaling in synthetic furnace burners.The results show that the use of circulating water as hydrogen washing water can greatly reduce the caustic soda content in hydrogen,thereby reducing the scaling in the synthesis furnace burner.
