摘 要:为探讨特定区域内技术创新力形成的动力机制,鉴于区域内大型科研仪器设备的测试服务内容能够反映本地区技术发展水平现状和趋势,因此以云南省2015—2019年的大型科研仪器设备服务记录数据作为研究对象,按时间切片划分窗口期构建技术主题演化模型,通过文本聚类、概念树以及连接强度矩阵等方式进行文本挖掘,分析区域内技术创新发展的时空格局演变路径,从而为区域科技管理部门制定科技发展规划等提供参考。研究发现:云南省大型科研仪器设备开展分析测试服务主要涉及环境监测、农肥分析、食品安全、生命科学以及仪器检定五方面,其发展趋势主要呈现为四方面:以环境监测为主要领域、从食品检验向食品安全检验过渡、将仪器检测作为重要工作以及病原微生物分析检测成为重要领域。研究结果与云南省当前的技术创新发展趋势一致。基于此,提出云南省应该在生物多样性与生态安全监测评估、绿色生态农业研究、仪器检验检测技术创新和生物医药与大健康产业发展等方面加强科研攻关。In order to explore the driving mechanism for the formation of technological innovation in a specific region,considering that the testing service content of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment in the region can reflect the current status and trends of technological development of this region,the service record data of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2019 is taken as the research object.A technology theme evolution model is constructed by dividing window periods by time slices,and text clustering is used to analyze the evolution of technology themes by using concept trees and connection strength matrices for text mining,this paper analyzes the spatiotemporal pattern evolution path of technological innovation development in Yunna,and provides reference for regional scientific and technological management departments to formulate scientific and technological development plans.It finds that the analysis and testing services provided by large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment in Yunnan mainly involve five aspects:environmental monitoring,agricultural fertilizer analysis,food safety,life sciences,and instrument verification,and the development trend is mainly presented in four aspects:environmental monitoring as the main field,transition from food inspection to food safety inspection,making instrument testing an important work,and becoming an important field for pathogen analysis and detection.The research results are consistent with the current trend of technological innovation development in Yunnan.Based on this,it proposes that Yunnan should strengthen scientific research and research in areas such as biodiversity and ecological security monitoring and assessment,green ecological agriculture research,innovation in instrument inspection and detection technology,and development of biopharmaceutical and big health industries.
