摘  要:鉴于目前对数字鸿沟的定义缺乏考虑信息和数据要素,且忽略了地理距离特征、经济距离特征和数字新型基础设施建设(以下简称“新基建”)距离特征条件下数字鸿沟产生的空间效应,为更全面地把握数字鸿沟对产业结构升级的空间影响机制和效应,根据资源禀赋理论和创新发展理论,将数字化创新技术的获取、使用、影响的不均衡视为数字鸿沟,多维度构建数字鸿沟评价指标体系,基于2010—2021年我国31个省份的空间面板数据,通过静态和动态空间面板模型探讨上述3种距离特征条件下数字鸿沟对产业结构升级的空间影响效应。结果表明:我国省域间的数字鸿沟和产业结构升级具有空间集聚特征和空间联系,数字鸿沟对产业结构升级具有空间效应;经济距离因素是数字禀赋促进域内产业结构升级的主要影响因素,地理距离因素是抑制域外产业结构升级的主要影响因素。其中,在地理距离特征条件下,数字鸿沟对域外产业结构升级的抑制作用最大,主要通过区域开放程度对域外产业结构升级产生空间抑制作用;在经济距离特征条件下,数字禀赋对域内产业结构升级的促进作用最大;在数字新基建距离特征条件下,数字鸿沟加剧了产业结构升级的空间割据,主要通过城镇化水平对域外产业结构升级产生空间抑制作用。基于此,提出我国应重视数据资源、发挥数字红利优势,充分发挥数字鸿沟对产业结构升级影响的正向空间效应;同时加强省域间差异化协同发展,引导数字化创新要素在区域间合理流动、形成合理的域间产业分布;此外应加强欠发达地区数字新型基础设施建设,以消弭数字鸿沟。Given the lack of consideration for elements of information and data in defining the digital gap,and ignoring the spatial effects produced by digital gap under the distance characteristics of geography,economy and digital new infrastructure construction(hereinafter referred to as the"new infrastructure"),in order to comprehensively grasp the spatial impact mechanism and effects of the digital gap on industrial structure upgrading in accordance with resource gift theory and innovation development theory,the acquisition,usage,and the imbalanced impact is considered as a digital gap and a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for the digital gap is constructed,and based on the spatial panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,the spatial influence effect of the digital divide on industrial structure upgrading under the above three distance characteristics is discussed through static and dynamic spatial panel models.The results indicate that there are spatial agglomeration characteristics and connections between the digital gap and industrial structure upgrading among Chinese provinces and spatial effects of digital gap on industrial structure upgrading,while the economic distance factor is the main influencing factor of digital gift in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure within the region,and the geographical distance factor is the main influencing factor of inhibiting the upgrading of industrial structure outside the region.Among them,under the conditions of geographical distance characteristics,the digital gap has the greatest inhibitory effect on the upgrading of extraterritorial industrial structures,which mainly takes inhibitory effect on the upgrading of extraterritorial industrial structures through the degree of spatial regional openness;under the conditions of economic distance characteristics,digital gift has the greatest effect on promoting the upgrading of industrial structure within the region;under the condition of distance characteristics of digital new infrastructure,the d
