摘 要:我国露天矿逐步进入深部凹陷开采阶段,高陡边坡数量日益增多,滑坡事故已成为露天矿安全生产的重大安全隐患,严重威胁矿山安全生产。微震监测技术作为一种覆盖全矿的有效边坡监测预警手段已被行业广泛认可。通过岩体微破裂感知、弱信号提取、无线传输、数据处理分析等技术形成了无线微震监测方案,在某露天矿完成了无线微震监测系统建设,采用长短时窗结合AIC方法实现了波形到时自动拾取,采用台网自动优选震源定位方法实现了震源自动定位,经爆破验证,台网内震源定位误差为8.15%,台网边缘震源定位误差为8.28%,满足某露天矿危险源震源定位精度要求,实时有效地保障了矿山安全生产。In our country,open-pit mine gradually entered the deep depression mining stage,the number of high and steep slopes is increasing,landslide accident has become a major hidden danger and safety hazard in surface mining production,a serious threat to mine safety production.As an effective slope monitoring and early warning method covering the whole mine,microseismic monitoring technology has been widely recognized by the industry.In this paper,a wireless microseismic monitoring scheme has been formed through rock microfracture sensing,weak signal extraction,wireless transmission,processing and analysis and other technologies,and the construction of a wireless microseismic monitoring system has been completed in an open-pit mine.Automatic waveform time picking is realized by short and short time window combined with AIC method,and automatic source location is realized by network automatic source selection method.After blasting verification,the source location error in network is 8.15%,and the source location error at network edge is 8.28%,which meets the requirement of source location accuracy of an open-pit mine danger source.The mine safety production is guaranteed effectively in real time.
