摘　　要：本文介绍了道路运输动物入皖指定通道检查站的设立背景、保障及运行程序、运行效果,分析了目前存在的通行查验比例低、站点工作开展不均衡、派驻人员与职能职责不匹配、值守人员力量薄弱、经费投入不足等问题,提出了加强宣传、优化站点布局、促进省际合作、加大财政投入、开展标准化建设、运用信息化手段等建议,以期加强对道路运输动物经指定通道入皖的监管,防止重大动物疫病传播。The background,procedures of guarantee and operation,as well as the effectiveness of the checkpoints for animals transported along designated roads to Anhui Province were introduced in the paper,the following problems were analyzed,including low proportion of traffic inspection,imbalanced work,mismatching assigned personnel with their functional responsibilities,poor performance of personnel on duty and insufficient input of funds,then followed by such recommendations as strengthening publicity,optimizing layout of the checkpoints,promoting interprovincial cooperation,increasing financial investment,starting standardization construction and applying information technology,aiming at strengthening the supervision for animals transported along designated roads to Anhui to prevent any spread of major animal diseases.
