摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)主要通过直接接触、间接接触、饲喂被病毒污染的食物和吸血昆虫传播,经呼吸道和消化道途径侵入猪体。在临床实践中,非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)通过空气传播的案例已有多个报道,具备空气净化过滤系统的养殖场在抗击ASF疫情时也相对表现得更为优秀。鉴于国内养殖企业对ASFV能否通过空气传播的高度关注,本文就现有国内外相关研究进行综述,以期为我国学界和相关从业人员提供一定的借鉴。African swine fever(ASF)is mainly transmitted through direct contact,indirect contact,feeding with contaminated food and blood-sucking insects,and intruded into pig bodies through respiratory and digestive tract.Several cases that African swine fever virus(ASFV)transmitted via air in clinical practice had been reported,the farms with air filtration system were relatively better in fighting against ASF outbreaks.In the paper,in view of high concern given by domestic farming enterprises on whether ASFV could transmit via air,relevant researches available in the world were reviewed,with a view to providing certain reference for the academic circles and relevant practitioners in China.
