摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)引起的一种烈性传染病,严重影响畜牧业发展,可造成巨大经济损失,目前对其仍缺乏有效的治疗手段,其疫苗也处于研究阶段。病毒载体疫苗作为一种经济省时的新型疫苗,免疫效果稳定且安全,可用于递送ASFV免疫原,对于发展ASF免疫防控技术研究有着重要意义。本文对ASFV病毒载体疫苗研究进展进行综述,重点介绍ASFV现有病毒载体疫苗免疫原选择和各病毒载体抗原递呈效果及其免疫原性,为后续ASFV的免疫学研究和病毒载体疫苗研发提供参考。African swine fever(ASF)is a highly contagious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),seriously affecting the development of livestock industry and thereby causing huge economic losses.However,no effective measures against ASFV have been available,and relevant vaccines have been still at research stage.The viral vector vaccine,as a cost-effective and time-saving novel vaccine,with stable and safe immune protection,could be used to deliver ASFV immunogens,which is of great significance for the researches on ASF immune prevention and control technology.The research progress on the viral vector vaccine of ASFV was summarized in the paper,focusing on the selection of immunogens for current ASFV viral vector vaccines,as well as the antigen presentation effects and immunogenicity of each viral vector,with a view to providing a reference for subsequent immunological research and development of viral vector vaccines of ASFV.
