摘　　要：调查潍坊市某三甲医院老年糖尿病患者的压力知觉状况,分析患者年龄、性别、婚姻状况、月收入、社会支持情况等对其压力知觉状况的影响因素。采用一般资料问卷、领悟社会支持量表、压力知觉量表调查潍坊市某三甲医院老年糖尿病患者的一般资料、领悟性社会支持情况、压力知觉状况。影响老年糖尿病患者压力知觉状况的因素有文化程度、月收入、医疗保障方式、有无其他疾病、领悟性社会支持情况。各级医疗机构应根据影响老年糖尿病患者的心理压力因素制定积极有效的预防措施,进一步改善老年糖尿病患者的压力知觉状况,促进老年糖尿病患者的心身健康,提高其生存质量。The study investigates the perceived stress status of elderly diabetic patients in a tertiary A hospital in Weifang City,and analyzes the influencing factors of the perceived stress status of patients:age,gender,marital status,monthly income and social support.General data questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale and Pressure Perception Scale are used to investigate the general data,perceived social support and pressure perception of elderly diabetic patients in a tertiary A hospital in Weifang City.The influencing factors of the stress perception of elderly diabetic patients are educational level,monthly income,medical insurance,other diseases and perceived social support.Medical institutions at all levels should formulate active and effective preventive measures according to the psychological pressure influencing factors of elderly patients with diabetes,further improve the stress perception of elderly patients with diabetes,promote the mental and physical health of elderly patients with diabetes,and improve their quality of life.
