摘 要:兴峪煤矿15502回风顺槽窄煤柱沿空掘巷期间变形较为严重,综合运用矿压监测、数值模拟等方法进行锚索桁架非对称支护技术的优化设计。研究表明:锚索最佳长度8.0 m,桁架最佳跨度1.6 m、偏心距400 mm。应用后巷道表面收敛变形微小,锚杆、锚索载荷稳定,工作性能较好,采用锚索桁架配合锚网索联合非对称支护方案可有效控制巷道失稳。During the excavation period of narrow coal pillars along goaf in the 15502 return air channel of Xingyu Coal Mine,the deformation is relatively severe.Mine pressure monitoring,numerical simulation and other methods are comprehensively used to optimize the design of anchor cable truss asymmetric support technology.The research showed that the optimal length of the anchor cable is 8.0 m,the optimal span of the truss is 1.6 m,and the eccentricity is 400 mm.After application,the convergence deformation of the roadway surface is small,the load of the anchor rod and anchor cable is stable,and the working performance is good.The adoption of anchor cable truss coordinated anchor mesh cable combined with asymmetric support scheme can effectively control the instability of the roadway.
