摘 要:为解决长平煤业1#轨道石门在松散煤层中掘进的支护难题,通过现场调研、矿压监测、工程类比等手段,进行巷道矿压显现特征及控制技术的研究,针对性地设计以“高压旋喷桩+U型钢棚+喷砼”为主的大流变巷道围岩控制技术。实验表明采用高压旋喷桩加固松散煤体是可行的,数值模拟研究表明该措施可有效抑制松散煤体塑性区的拓展,所设计的支护方案围岩控制效果较好。In order to solve the support problem of Changping Coal Industry's 1#track crossheading excavation in loose coal seams,through on-site research,mine pressure monitoring,engineering analogy and other means,research is conducted on the appearance characteristics and control technology of roadway rock pressure,and targeted design is carried out to control the surrounding rock of the large rheology roadway,mainly using"high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile+U-shaped steel shed+shotcrete".The experiments show that using high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles to reinforce loose coal bodies is feasible,and numerical simulation studies show that this measure can effectively suppress the expansion of the plastic zone of loose coal bodies.The designed support scheme has a good effect on surrounding rock control.
