摘 要:为解决屯兰矿采用混凝土沿空留巷存在的效率低、成本高、支护效果差等问题,引进高水速凝材料巷旁充填沿空留巷工艺技术,通过理论计算确定巷旁充填体宽度2.2 m,设计充填体补强支护、充填区域顶板支护、巷内补强支护、临时支护方案。应用表明,巷道表面及充填体变形在可控范围内,留巷支护效果良好,该工艺可在屯兰矿推广使用。In order to solve the existing problems of low efficiency,high cost,and poor support effect caused by the use of concrete retaining roadway along goaf in Tunlan Mine,the technology of roadside filling retaining roadway along goaf with high water and quick setting material is introduced.The width of the filling body next to the roadway is determined by theoretical calculation to be 2.2 m,and the filling body reinforcement support,filling area roof support,inner roadway reinforcement support,and temporary support schemes are designed.The application shows that the deformation of the roadway surface and filling body is within a controllable range,and the retaining roadway support effect is good.This technology can be promoted and used in Tunlan Mine.
