摘 要:常村煤矿3^(#)煤层矿物质含量较高、注水降尘效果较差,通过实验室浸泡试验确定较适宜的表面活性剂种类和溶液浓度,通过数值模拟优化工作面注水工艺参数,以N3-13工作面为例进行工业应用实践。结果表明:浓度为0.20wt%IDS溶液适用于煤层的注水,工作面全尘浓度平均下降幅度为70.37%,呼吸性粉尘浓度平均下降幅度76.16%,工作面粉尘浓度降低明显。The mineral content of the 3^(#)Coal Seam in Changcun Coal Mine is high,and the water injection dust reduction effect is poor.The appropriate type and solution concentration of surfactants are determined through laboratory soak tests.The water injection process parameters of the working face are optimized through numerical simulation,and industrial application practice is carried out by using the N3-13 working face as an example.The results showed that an IDS solution with a concentration of 0.20wt%is suitable for water injection of coal seams.The average decrease of total dust concentration in the working face is 70.37%,and the average decrease of respiratory dust concentration is 76.16%.The dust concentration in the working face decreased significantly.
