摘　　要：为了解决竖井煤矿提升机系统控制精度低、保护性能弱、监测环节不完善、操作维护不方便的问题,在ABB公司AC800M系列的PLC控制器的基础上研究了提升机主控系统设计技术,通过分析煤矿提升机主电控系统的传动单元、提升控制保护单元、行程监视单元和闸控单元的技术要点,全新研究出一款将各功能单元相互融合以及综合管控的提升机主控制系统。In order to solve the problems of low control accuracy,weak protection performance,incomplete monitoring links,and inconvenient operation and maintenance of the vertical shaft coal mine hoist system,the design technology of the hoist main control system is studied on the basis of AC800M series PLC controller in ABB Company.By analyzing the technical points of the transmission unit,lifting control protection unit,travel monitoring unit,and gate control unit of the coal mine hoist main electronic control system,a new hoist main control system is developed that integrates various functional units and comprehensively controls them.
