摘  要:为优化锦界煤矿自动排水控制系统,解决井下排水系统效率低、能耗高的不足问题,通过建立集控排水控制系统,将井下7个泵房的排水系统和监控系统进行统一监测和控制,重点对系统的硬件结构、水位监控及避峰就谷控制逻辑进行了研究。结果表明,实现集中化控制后能够解决排水效率低、能耗高的不足,年节约电能约12万kW·h。To optimize the automatic drainage control system of Jinjie Coal Mine and solve the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption in the downhole drainage system.By establishing a centralized drainage control system,the drainage and monitoring systems of the seven downhole pump rooms are uniformly monitored and controlled,the focus is on the research of the hardware structure,water level monitoring,and avoiding apex and filling vale control logic of the system.The results show that achieving centralized control can solve the problems of low drainage efficiency and high energy consumption,saving approximately 120000 kW·h of electricity annually.
