摘　　要：下半年经济工作将聚焦提振信心、扩大需求。从中长期经济增长的需求结构来看,出口面临全球化逆风,投资的边际回报日趋下降,债务负担日渐沉重,消费在经济增长中的重要性显著提升。宏观政策有必要致力于通过多渠道增加居民收入、提升居民消费倾向来扩大消费,增强经济内生动能,推动高质量发展。Despite the complicated external environment,China's national economy managed to sustain the recovery momentum in the first half of the year.However,we should also see that the endogenous momentum of our economy is weakening.In the next half of the year,it is necessary to launch a package of systematic policy tools to stimulate market vitality,continue to expand domestic demand,further build up economic growth momentum,promote quality development to achieve the annual economic growth target.
