摘  要:某水电站断路器控制回路年平均故障次数高达47次,经常导致机组断路器无法正常操作,机组无法正常开、停机,严重影响电站安全运行。文章通过对断路器控制回路故障进行现状调查、原因分析、要因确定,得出了引起故障的主要因素,并提出了针对性的解决方案,极大减少了断路器控制回路故障的次数,提高了断路器运行的稳定性,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。The average number of faults in the control circuit of a certain hydropower station circuit breaker is as high as 47 times per year,which often leads to the inability of the unit circuit breaker to operate normally,and the unit cannot start and stop normally,seriously affecting the safe operation of the power station.This article investigates the current situation,analyzes the causes,and determines the causes of circuit breaker control circuit faults,identifies the main factors causing the faults,and proposes targeted solutions,greatly reducing the number of circuit breaker control circuit faults,improving the stability of circuit breaker operation,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
