摘　　要：近年来修山水电站水轮发电机组在运行时,经常出现受油器漏油大的情况,主要表现为机组漏油箱高油位报警且漏油泵不停漏油,调速器压油槽压力下降快造成调速器油泵启停频繁。通过对受油器结构及安装技术分析,对各种可能造成漏油的因素逐项检查,找出受油器漏油大的原因并提出解决措施,保证了水轮发电机组的长期安全稳定运行,取得了良好的效果。In recent years,large oil leakage from the receiver often occurs during the operation of the hydrogenerator in a River Power Station,which is mainly manifested as the high oil level alarm of the oil leakage tank of the unit and the continuous leakage of the oil pump,and the rapid drop of the governor pressure oil tank pressure leads to the generator’s accident and low oil pressure shutdown.Through the analysis of the structure and installation technology of the oil receiver,the causes of large oil leakage of the oil receiver are found out and the solutions are put forward to ensure the long-term stable operation of the hydro-generator set,and good results are obtained.
