火电厂烟气脱硫设备的检修策略探究

摘  要:以燃煤为主的火电方式,依旧是我国当前电力体系的重要组成部分,但是其在发电过程中,会消耗诸多的矿产资源,产生大量的二氧化硫,直接对生态环境造成严重污染。为更好地降低二氧化硫的排放数量,实现生态环境保护目标,我国针对火电厂使用了脱硫设备,从而让其环保效益得以实现。然而,火电厂烟气脱硫设备在长期使用中,内部零部件会出现损坏,导致无法将脱硫性能发挥到最大化,直接影响到脱硫效果。因此,为确保脱硫设备的使用性能稳定,应当制定出科学合理的检修策略,以此实现火电厂的环保目标。文章分析了石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫工艺及设备,提出火电厂烟气脱硫设备的检修策略,以此,为其他火电厂烟气脱硫设备检修提供参考。In the rapid development of the market economy,China’s demand for energy continues to grow,especially for electric energy.Among them,coal-fired power generation is still an important component of China’s current power system.However,during the power generation process,it not only consumes a lot of mineral resources but also generates a large amount of sulfur dioxide,directly causing serious pollution to the ecological environment.In order to better reduce the amount of sulfur dioxide emissions and achieve ecological and environmental protection goals,China has used desulfurization equipment for thermal power plants,thereby achieving their environmental benefits.However,in the longterm use of flue gas desulfurization equipment in thermal power plants,internal components may be damaged,resulting in the inability to maximize desulfurization performance,which directly affects the desulfurization effect.Therefore,to ensure the stable performance of desulfurization equipment,a scientific and reasonable maintenance strategy should be developed to achieve the environmental protection goals of thermal power plants.This article provides an overview of desulfurization processes,analyzes the limestone/gypsum wet desulfurization process and equipment,and proposes maintenance strategies for flue gas desulfurization equipment in thermal power plants,in order to provide reference for the maintenance of other flue gas desulfurization equipment in thermal power plants.
