摘 要:某电厂600MW机组C级检修期间对锅炉省煤器、水冷壁、启动系统进行了酸洗,C修结束后机组在启动过程中发生爆管,经检查确认管子内壁相应部位存在大量固体沉积物是爆管的直接原因。对此,分析确认沉积物主要是锅炉启动前化学清洗的残留物,启动前未能将其冲净,启动后这些残留物随汽水循环迁移至水汽转化过渡区,由于炉后墙水动力不足造成残留物沉积加剧,残留物堵塞导致后墙垂直水冷壁短期过热爆管。同时针对此次爆管事件提出了针对性的防治措施。During the startup of a 600 MW once through boiler after C repair and acid cleaning in a power plant,superheated and overheated tube explosion occurred at many places in the pipe section of the steam water conversion transition zone of the vertical water wall.Through inspection,it was confirmed that a large number of solid deposits on the corresponding parts of the pipe inner wall were the direct cause of the tube explosion.In this regard,the analysis confirms that the sediment is mainly the residue from chemical cleaning before boiler startup,which was not washed clean before startup.After startup,these residues migrate to the water vapor conversion transition zone with the steam water circulation.Due to insufficient hydrodynamic force on the rear wall of the boiler,the sediment is intensified,and the residue blockage leads to short-term overheating and tube explosion of the vertical water cooled wall of the rear wall.At the same time,targeted prevention and control measures have been proposed for this pipe explosion incident.
