摘 要:长期以来,窃电问题一直困扰着供电企业。低压电力用户数量多、范围广、窃电比重高、跟风窃电危害巨大,窃电行为不但严重破坏正常的供用电秩序,甚至威胁到电网的安全稳定运行。针对低压台区反窃电工作,对智能电表现场用电检查需逐一开表箱人工检查方法存在效率低、保密性差、无法及时获取窃电证据,部分台区存在难查处、出现反复窃电情况,提出基于电力载波通信对智能电表的存储数据进行批量收集和处理,并实现在线监测诊断的方法,并分析了该方法实现的可行性和技术要点。For a long time,the problem of power theft has been troubling the power supply enterprises.The number of low-voltage power users is large,the range is wide,the proportion of power theft is high,and the harm of following the trend is huge.Power theft not only seriously damages the normal order of power supply and consumption,but even threatens the safe and stable operation of the power grid.For the anti-power theft work in the low-voltage platform area,the manual inspection method requires opening the meter box one by one,which has low efficiency,poor confidentiality,and the evidence of power theft can not be obtained in time.Some stations are difficult to investigate and have repeated power theft.According to the above situation,the method of batch collection and processing of the stored data of smart electricity meters based on power carrier communication,and the online monitoring and diagnosis is realized,and the feasibility and technical points of this method are analyzed.
