摘  要:利用数据包络分析DEA-EBM模型对某北方发电厂2022年的机组发电效率开展分析,结果显示该发电厂仅4d处于DEA有效水平,纯技术效率成为制约发电效率的关键原因;同时,不同季节间发电效率存在显著的异质性,且冬季发电效率最低,结果显示,该电厂需要重点关注投入冗余所带来的低效运行,建议加快机组灵活性改造。The Data envelopment analysis DEA-EBM model is used to analyze the generating efficiency of a northern power plant in 2022.The results show that the power plant is only in the DEA effective level for 4 days,and the pure technical efficiency becomes the key factor restricting the generating efficiency;At the same time,there is significant heterogeneity in power generation efficiency between different seasons,and the power generation efficiency is the lowest in winter.The results show that the power plant needs to focus on the inefficient operation brought by redundancy,and it is recommended to speed up the unit flexibility transformation.
