摘 要:火力发电厂运行过程中,锅炉的受热面如水冷壁、过热器、省煤器及烟道等表面会出现积灰、结渣等情况,如果不及时处理会减弱锅炉受热面的传热性能,导致热效率降低。为了处理锅炉积灰、结渣,需要用到吹灰器。吹灰器的种类比较多,当前应用较为广泛的有声波吹灰器、蒸汽吹灰器、压缩空气吹灰器等。其中声波吹灰器诞生于20世纪70年代,自研发以来,逐渐成为主流的吹灰器。文章以浙江某电厂为研究对象,总结了声波吹灰器的工作原理与特点,阐述了声波吹灰器的实际应用情况,并比较声波吹灰与传统吹灰技术,旨在为相关研究及生产工作提供借鉴与参考。In the operation process of thermal power plants,ash accumulation and slag formation will occur on the surface of the boiler heating surface such as water wall,superheater,economizer and flue,etc.If not treated in time,the heat transfer performance of the boiler heating surface will be weakened,resulting in lower thermal efficiency.In order to deal with boiler ash accumulation and slag formation,it is necessary to use soot blowers,and there are more types of soot blowers,which are widely used at present.Among them,the acoustic soot blower was born in the 1970s,and since its development,it has become more and more the mainstream soot blower.Taking a power plant in Zhejiang province as the research object,this paper summarizes the working principle and characteristics of the acoustic soot blower,describes the practical application of the acoustic soot blower,and finally compares the acoustic soot blowing technology with the traditional soot blowing technology,aiming to provide reference for related research and production work.
