摘  要:某火电厂600MW机组汽轮机1号轴承运行中振动超过报警值,分析确认引起轴承振动的主要原因为瓦枕定位销孔与轴承相对位置安装错误。此缺陷较为隐蔽,不易发现,检修中重新加工轴瓦定位销孔,纠正安装方法,彻底解决了1号轴承振动大的问题,为同类机组检修提供了良好的经验借鉴。The vibration of the No.1 bearing of a 600 MW steam turbine in a thermal power plant exceeded the alarm value during operation.Analysis confirmed that the main cause of bearing vibration was the installation error of the positioning pin hole of the bearing pillow relative to the bearing.This defect is relatively hidden and difficult to detect.During maintenance,the positioning pin hole of the bearing pad was reprocessed,the installation method was corrected,and the problem of high vibration of the No.1 bearing was completely solved,providing a good experience for similar units to learn from.
