摘  要:交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆被广泛应用于电力系统工程建设中,但在实际检测过程中,经常会出现交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆的绝缘热收缩试验不合格的情况,一旦将不合格产品投入使用,将会影响线路安全稳定运行。文章对绝缘热收缩的试验方法进行阐述,结合实际案例,从电缆料质量、挤塑方式、冷却方式等方面出发,分析试验不合格的原因,为提升交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆产品质量提供参考。Cross linked polyethylene insulated cables are widely used in power system engineering construction,but in the actual testing process,it is often found that the insulation heat shrinkage test of cross linked polyethylene insulated cables is not qualified.Once the unqualified products are put into use,it will affect the safe and stable operation of the line.This article elaborates on the testing methods for insulation thermal shrinkage,combined with practical cases,from the aspects of cable material quality,extrusion method,cooling method,etc.,to elucidate the reasons for unqualified tests,and provide reference for improving the quality of cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable products.
