摘　　要：如今,信息安全与多媒体通信已成为一个重要的研究课题,其中,保密编码与压缩编码的应用在该课题的研究中占据重要地位。文章在参考医疗保险信息加密系统以及通用图像压缩平台设计的基础上,提出了基于DSP的数据加密卡与图像压缩平台系统。Nowadays,information security and multimedia communication have become an important research topic,among which,the application of security coding and compression coding plays an important role in the research of this topic.Based on the design of medical insurance information encryption system and general image compression platform,this paper proposes a data encryption card and image compression platform system based on DSP.
