摘 要:文章根据奥氏体复合材料压力容器对接接头的结构特点,分析了该结构易出现缺陷质量问题的原因,讨论了相控阵超声检测技术的优势。在此基础上,将该技术引入到某石油化工设备厂制造的中油收集装置焊缝检测中,对对比试块与模拟试块进行检测,明确相应的检测工艺方法并完成正式实践检验。检测结果得出装置缺陷为11处,超标缺陷9处,进一步验证了相控阵超声检测技术在奥氏体复合材料压力容器对接接头检测中的可行性。In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of austenitic composite pressure vessel butt joint,the reasons for the defects in the structure are analyzed,and the advantages of phased array ultrasonic testing technology are discussed.On this basis,the technology is introduced into the weld inspection of the medium oil collection device manufactured by a petrochemical equipment factory.First,the test block and the simulated test block are tested,and the corresponding detection process method is defined and the formal practical inspection is completed.The test results show that the device has 11 defects and 9 defects exceeding the standard,which further verifies the feasibility of phased array ultrasonic detection technology in the inspection of austenitic composite pressure vessel butt joint.
