协同创新视角下装备制造业数字化转型路径研究

摘　　要：数字经济作为一种新经济形态,深度融合传统产业,正在引发新的产业变革。装备制造业与数字经济深度融合,推动装备制造业实现质量效益提高、产业结构优化、发展方式转变、增长动力转化,数字化转型已成为装备制造业企业的必选项。文中以装备制造企业数字化转型现状和面临的机遇挑战为主要内容,建立企业数字化转型“一个战略、两个目标、两个保障、三个原则、四个行动、五类场景”方法论模型,构建协同创新视角下的装备制造业数字化转型五步协同联动路径。装备制造企业应以企业战略为引领进行业务洞察,根据架构引导开展顶层设计,构建适应变革的保障机制,绘制使用复杂性热力图,制定整体规划,落实转型路线,并在数字化转型的各个环节各个参与要素上做好自省、外查双线并行,有效提升装备制造企业内部和外部的集成与协同,实现高质量发展。As a new economic form,digital economy integrates traditional industries deeply and is triggering new industrial changes.The deep integration of the equipment manufacturing industry and the digital economy will promote the equipment manufacturing industry to improve quality and efficiency,optimize the industrial structure,transform the development mode,and transform the growth momentum.Digital transformation has become a mandatory option for the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.This study takes the current situation and opportunities and challenges of the digital transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises as the main content,establishes a methodology model of enterprise digital transformation of“one strategy,two objectives,two guarantees,three principles,four actions and five scenarios”,and builds a five-step collaborative path for the digital transformation of equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of collaborative innovation.Equipment manufacturing enterprises should carry out business insight guided by enterprise strategy,carry out top-level design according to the guidance of the architecture,build a guarantee mechanism to adapt to the change,draw the use of complexity heat map,formulate the overall plan,implement the transformation route,and do a good job in the digital transformation of each link and each participating factor in parallel introspection and external inspection,to effectively improve the integration and synergy of the equipment manufacturing enterprises both internally and externally,and to achieve high-quality development.
