摘  要:中国航空货运市场,虽然每年运输量持续增长,但收益水平增长缓慢,甚至出现亏损,增产不增收现象明显。这种现象的根本原因在于传统航空货运仍处于从机场到机场的运作模式,所提供的产品附加值偏低,传统航空公司基本靠价格战抢夺市场份额。文中主要针对此现实情况,基于卡车航班对传统航空公司发展多式联运展开探讨,结合价值链理论对传统航空货运业务转型升级的必要性进行了研究论证,对提质增效的具体路径给出了参考建议,同时对过程中的主要风险进行了系统分析,并有针对性地探讨了应对方案。Although the annual transportation volume of China s air cargo market continues to grow,the revenue level has grown slowly and even experienced losses,resulting in a significant phenomenon of increasing production without increasing income.The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is that traditional air freight is still operating from airport to airport,providing low added value products.Traditional airlines basically rely on price wars to seize market share.The article mainly discusses the development of multimodal transportation for traditional airlines based on truck flights in response to this practical situation.It combines value chain theory to study and demonstrate the necessity of transforming and upgrading traditional air cargo business,and provides references and suggestions for specific paths to improve quality and efficiency.At the same time,it systematically analyzes the main risks in the process and explores targeted solutions.
