摘  要:目的探究在妇产科护理质量持续改进中应用护士绩效考核管理的效果及对满意度的影响。方法选取寿光市人民医院妇产科的20名护士,将2021年3月—2022年2月作为管理前,实施常规护理管理,将2022年3月—2023年2月作为管理后,实施护士绩效考核管理。比较管理前后妇产科护理质量、护理风险评分、满意度。结果管理后风险预防、基础护理、服务态度、护患沟通、手卫生、护理文书书写评分均比管理前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后疾病管理、治疗管理、并发症管理、手卫生管理评分低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后的管理总满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理质量持续改进中实施护士绩效考核管理的效果显著,有助于妇产科持续性改进与提升护理质量,减少护理风险,对提升满意度有积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of nurse performance appraisal management in continuous improvement of obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality and its impact on satisfaction.Methods Twenty nurses from the obstetrics and gynecology department of Shouguang People's Hospital were selected.The period from March 2021 to February 2022 was used as the pre management period to implement the routine nursing management,and the period from March 2022 to February 2023 was used as the post management period to implement the performance assessment management of nurses.Compared the quality of obstetrics and gynecology care,nursing risk scores,and satisfaction before and after management.Results After management,the score for risk prevention,basic care,service attitude,nurse patient communication,hand hygiene,and nursing document writing were all higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores for disease management,treatment management,complication management,and hand hygiene management after management were lower than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction after management was higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nurse performance appraisal management in the continuous improvement of obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality has a significant effect,which is helpful for the continuous improvement of obstetrics and gynecology and the improvement of nursing quality,and reduces nursing risks.It has a positive effect on improving satisfaction.
