护理风险管理在冠脉介入手术导管室中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理风险管理应用在冠脉介入导管室中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—12月寿光和信医院导管室工作的14名医护人员作为研究对象,2021年1—6月实施常规护理管理(对照组),2021年7—12月则实施护理风险管理(观察组),比较两组护理风险事件发生率、管理质量评分。结果观察组护理风险事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医疗服务水平评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在冠脉介入导管室中有着较高的应用价值,在提高管理质量的同时也能降低护理风险事件发生率。Objective To analyze the application value of nursing risk management in coronary interventional catheterization laboratory.Methods Fourteen medical staff working in the catheter room of Shouguang Hexin Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and routine nursing management(control group)was implemented from January to June 2021,while nursing risk management(observation group)was implemented from July to December 2021.The incidence of nursing risk events and management quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical service level score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management has a high application value in coronary interventional catheter room,which can improve the management quality and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events.
